Our global venue finding services start with taking the time to understand your requirements and what you need to organise a successful event.  Once we receive your brief we will  conduct a detailed and thorough venue search that best suits your event location, dates and budget.  We will prepare a detailed proposal tailored to your specific needs including key venue information, pictures, room layout options and the best negotiated rates.  We will arrange venue site visits once you have shortlisted venues from the proposal and are happy to accompany you on these.  We have in-depth industry knowledge and great relationships with venues worldwide to help find the perfect venue for you.  We can  organise events of any size so please get in touch today and together we will plan an event to remember.

 If you would like to outsource all of the pre-event management aspects of your event we are happy to work with you on this and do it all on your behalf.  We are accomplished event planners and can liaise with the venues on the finer details along with sourcing suppliers for additional services such as AV providers, entertainment, team building, theming, branding and transfers, saving you the time and effort involved.  We will agree a simple one-off project fee according to the size and duration of the event.

Planning an event is only part of the process. We can offer a full Event Management service at a pre agreed fee from the minute you arrive on site to when you depart to ensure that everything goes smoothly with your event. We know how to anticipate problems before they even happen, leaving you free to concentrate on the day.  We will be an extension to your team throughout the time and be on site liaising with the venue staff, AV production companies and any other on site suppliers.

We work with a number of suppliers to provide a memorable team building experience for you and your delegates and can source a wide range of activities for any size of group including Archery, Pistol Shooting, Sheep Dog Handling, Segways, Zorbing and Raft Building to name just a few fun and engaging activities our clients have enjoyed in the past.

It's all about being outside this year!  If your company has ever thought about having a stand at one of the many amazing festivals around the UK we can help to arrange this for you.  We can find the perfect festival for you by looking at the locations and demographics of people attending and liaise with the festival organisers to negotiate and secure the perfect space for your company.  Our services can also include being the face of your company throughout the festival and being the stand representatives taking the time and effort away from you.  We will agree a project fee with you and then you let us do all of the hard work.
